REFUSAL OR DENIAL OF SERVICE

SERVICE QUALITY AND STANDARDS
All documents are edited, written, created or translated to a high and exacting standard. However, Lexikkon A Translation Agency provides no guarantee that the Client's work will be error free. Furthermore, Lexikkon A Translation Agency is not responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems, including server issues that are beyond our control.
SERVICE GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
Lexikkon A Translation Agency provides Clients with the best possible quality of service. Should a Client be dissatisfied with the editing, writing, or translating service, Lexikkon A Translation Agency will refund the Client's payment. However, any such refund is conditional on the Client demonstrating conclusively how Lexikkon A Translation Agency failed to meet its service obligations.
ACCURACY OF CLIENT INFORMATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, e-mail address, phone number, service requirements and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information can result in a refusal to provide service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential. Should a Client provide wrong information on the service requirements (e.g. 1000 instead of 2000 words), Lexikkon A Translation Agency reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Client's payment. Should a Client ask the cancellation of an order that is already at the processing stage by one of our Translators, Lexikkon A Translation Agency reserves the right to make a partial refund according to the cost of the work done by our Translator.
PAYMENTS
Payments: All payments to Lexikkon A Translation Agency relating to your use of the Services shall be by credit card system provided by third party service providers selected by Lexikkon A Translation Agency. Currently, such payments shall be made through the services of PayPal. For further information, see their Internet web site at www.PayPal.com. Currently, through these third party service providers, the following credit cards may be used to pay for Lexikkon A Translation Agency services: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DELTA, and VISA PURCHASING AND LASER. Prior to using the Services, you should review the privacy policy of whichever provider you are using. Information may be obtained from the providers' respective websites as noted above.

The Terms of Service are effective until terminated by Lexikkon A Translation Agency, at any time without notice. Lexikkon A Translation Agency may also discontinue or terminate operation of its Web site, services or trading name without notice at any time and for any reason.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The provisions and conditions of these Terms, and each obligation referenced herein, represent the entire Agreement between Lexikkon A Translation Agency, its affiliated or related entities, and you, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein.
